Its that sacrificial ability to love when we've gotten old
Looking back on the wonders you've shared
Lets us know were were truly blessed
Remember struggles we have gone through
Its the challenges we faced head on, me and you!
Looking forward and placing into view
Life as we live it... anew!
Stress can bring age quickly
Depression may happen to either or
But, lets not forget our dreams
Life's journey has given us so much more
When the beauty fades and the sands of life and gravity
shows us more than the outwardly
I Pray you still love me
Because, I am still me!
